Organise the drawing revision, tolerances, finish and sample requirements.

Provide the drawing number and revision, units, dimensions and tolerances. Identify which dimensions are critical to the assembly.
Describe the finished part
Include the material and grade, finish, thread details, inspection requirements and packaging. If you have a sample, explain whether it is a reference or an acceptance sample.
Agree the next step
Share the target quantity and sample requirements. Feasibility, tooling, inspection and delivery timing are reviewed for the particular design.
